The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the person who made our food was pretty quiet and didn’t interact as much as I had hoped. Maybe he was shy or having an off day but was still very pleasant. The food was excellent quality with big portions. The steak was super tender. Everyone working there was very kind especially to my 6 year old which was nice. Very family friendly. Great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely had a great time here for my sons bday! We had a blast. The entire team was nice and environment was welcoming and clean, the food was delicious, the music was great, the celebration for my son's bday was special! And the chef was amazing! We had a wonderful time.
This place is amazing!! If you don’t like Japanese food I consider you trying this it’s so good. The people that cook in front of you are very nice and so are the rest of the people.
Dinner and a show! Food was of very good fresh quality ingredients with a very entertaining professional chef to dazzle your senses. You pay a lot but you get a lot so it's perfect for a special occasion. I wouldn't call this casual dining given the price point but if you're looking to impress a friend or date, this place will definitely do it. Expect to pay over $150 for 3 people. But don't let the price point scare you off because it's a memorable experience and you will walk away very happy. 5 stars well earned!
We went on a Saturday shortly after opening and was surprised it was empty was seated right away. We ordered the filet and scallops meal for 2 and we were not disappointed. It comes with amazing onion soup, salad, fried rice, veggies with noodles, shrimp, filet, scallops and dessert of ice cream. The chef was amazing and funny. He cooked our food to perfection and seasoned amazingly. I highly recommend going here the food was amazing and service impeccable. We will be making Mt. Fuji part of our favorite restaurants in Lacey.
great food and incredible staff, they were incredibly welcoming and attentive! checked up on our table regularly and played some music + brought us ice cream for my birthday :)
I was driving from up north Woodinville being kidnap with a good friend of mine. I love Hibachi grill.. These place as i seeing and observe it with my very own eyes. 1. The seafood shrimp are so fresh when the cheff put the shrimps the skin colour not white like other places, u can go the one at the renton and covington to see it by yourself. 2. The price.. damn very reasonable u can go cek to other places, try go to the one at the federal way and the one at olympia. These place really give reasonable price. 3. The cheff is very funny, he throw alot of Dad Jokes.. 4. The servers dont expect you gonna being treat like a 5 star michelin restaurant. These is the place where friend and family hangout abd having a good times.. I asked the server they seems having a karaoke machine maybe the next big gath we gonna asked if they can do that or no. Overall these place is worth to visit. If u have a bad experience, and having a wrong experience than my reviews im teribly sorry. Im just say and write what ive experience at saturday.
